It's Friday and STILL NO TICKET

Last week I received an email that said all visas would be processed by this week and all teachers would be flying out between the 6th and 11th of August, YAY!  (My first birthday outside the USA!)  Well I have been checking my email EVERY MOMENT of EVERY DAY and still no ticket.  I am so excited, nervous and ready to know!

Last Back Track...June 2012

hmmm... Let's see...what happened in June...


My travel companion arrived...THE GUITAR...yay! I did the Happy Dance a few times!

I started to lock my hair!  It was FUN while it lasted, but after that 100+ HEAT WAVE that hit Atlanta I had to wash my hair!  So that ended that ;)

My sister, brother and I (plus the neighbor and Uncle Randy) moved apartments...by far one of the hardest moves EVER and we were ONLY moving a couple buildings down in the same neighborhood! hahaha

Paper-ball Baseball is fun in an empty apartment!

Cartwheels are fun too! 

Oh, and my bestie, Taylor, came into town! I am going to miss my Dubb...hopefully I see her again before I leave, but if not we had a GREAT time, as we ALWAYS do!  Her mom sang beautifully and we sang along, as we shared a yummy Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie!

Well I think that about sums up June...waiting, waiting, and more waiting!  I think I have ants in my pants, because I am so excited and ready to GO!

oh Runyon Canyon, how I miss Thee

walking North on Highland and left on Franklin...then through the nice quiet neighborhoods up the hill until I get to THE GATE...


You brought peace to my life when I felt there was none...You were always challenging me to work harder and do more...You showed me some amazing views of the city and the Hollywood Hills...and You brought the sweat and quickly followed with a sweet breeze :) 


hmmm that breeze, what I would pay to feel that breeze on these HOT, HUMID Atlanta days!
